fine art
My watercolour paintings, which I call Soulscapes, are abstract works created during heightened emotional states. Rather than working from intention or control, I allow colour, gesture, and form to emerge intuitively, responding to shifts in mood and perception. The paintings become a direct record of psychological and emotional experience.
These works are closely connected to my photographic practice and have informed projects such as Dark Night of the Soul, where they helped articulate inner states that resist language or literal representation. Through fluidity, instability, and transformation, the Soulscapes explore the space between vulnerability and endurance.
The paintings have been exhibited in Brighton and are available for purchase. For enquiries, please get in touch via the Contact page.
